  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A GUIDE ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE INTERPRETED AS A GUARANTEE OF DELIVERY TIME.

  • The time that your order takes to arrive depends on your distance from Italy, and on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  • Eu delivery time is usually 3-5 days, and international delivery time 7-14 days.

  • Please note that these times are only estimates based on our previous experience of sending to your country.

  • Depending on factors beyond our control (for example local delivery problems, and customs inspections/delays) this can take longer.

  • All items are sent by standard First Class mail.

  • Unfortunately there is no tracking information available on airmail items.

  • If speed of delivery or tracking are important to you, it may be worth selecting the 'Courier'.

  • Please note that efficiency differs from country to country.

  • Sometimes delivery can be very quick, sometimes less so.

  • International Customs can also hold up a package, sometimes for no apparent reason, and in these cases there's not a lot we can do to speed things up.

  • We cannot consider an order "lost" until 28 days have passed since the shipping date.
