Nata negli anni 90 come musicista rock in diversi gruppi italiani (Avvoltoi, Sciacalli), NINFA torna alla sua iniziale passione di DJ e, agli inizi del 2000 in collaborazione con Scanna, da vita alla prestigiosa serie Mo'plen pubblicata dalla Irma, label con cui Ninfa ha pubblicato anche l album Ninfadelica (una speciale raccolta di estratti da rare soundtrack) e La Douce Party (un'altra serie di compilation di modern-lounge-core). Pur essendo una figura poco sperimentata in Italia, quella del DJ-Producer e la veste che piu le si addice, poiche appresenta la somma delle esperienze musicali gia da Ninfa vissute. Attualmente prosegue la sua carriera di DJ che la porta a suonare nei migliori club Italiani ed internazionali. Da svariati anni a questa parte e diventata inoltre una delle DJ di fiducia di MTV Italia, prendendo parte a svariate manifestazioni (MtvZilla, Coca-Cola Live, Mtv Day, Sunset , Mtv Club Generation etc...). Nel 2007 produce anche l'album d'esordio di SUPABEATZ Sexy Hi-Fi, e sempre con lui da vita ad un nuovo progetto musicale dal nome Zooma Laser Gun (top download su Beatport a settembre 2007). Questo nuovo fantastico album Stereo Desire, completamente intriso di sonoritaq elettroniche, rappresenta di certo uno dei punti fermi del nuovo genere Electro Rock. ENG Following the debut Album 'Top Sensattion' recorded for Virgin in 2003 (which was inspired by a famous film with the beautiful Edwige Fenech as the main character), NINFA has finally completed her new Album 'Stereo Desire', the first single It doesnt matter is backed up by a strong Video, directed by Alex Orlowski. Ninfa started her music career in the 90's as a Rock Musician in various Italian bands (Avvoltoi, Sciacalli), NINFA is now back to the more appealing passion of being a DJ and at the beginning of 2000 (in collaboration with Scanna) launches the prestigiuos CD series 'Mo plen' released on the Irma Label, which also released her other album 'Ninfadelica' (a special compilation of rare soundtrack sounds) and La Douce Party" (another acclaimed series on Irma on the 'Modern Lounge Core' tip. Ninfa is now concentrating on her DJ-Producer career (Although not a very common figure in Italy, but widely embraced in UK and the US) as this is where she fits better, utiising her vast experience of the various projects she has been involved in and she is been busy DJ'ing in various International clubs, she has also become in the last couple of years one the busiest DJ's to be used by MTV for a wide number of their events (MtvZilla, Coca- Cola Live, Mtv Day, Sunset , Mtv Club Generation etc...). In 2007 she has produced 'Supabeatz' debut Album Sexy Hi-Fi and still with him has started a brand new outfit called Zooma Laser Gun' (Top download n Beatport in Sept. 07). This brand new fantastic Album mostly travelling through the new Electronic Sounds, represents for sure one of the strongest works of this new genre now called 'Electro Rock'. |
