This little trippy piece of dance erotica does no less than strengthen my perception of the label and its style, It sounds like late 80's disco energy music , like an underground yazoo or unmarketed culture club, Oh yes I do like it, played it at least 10 times over today alone, its gayish, groovy and grows like a rash on you. its simplistic content allows you to become involved and and yet keeps the brain in focus with it, the lyrics are class as well, the kind of Kryptic clue you used to get on the lolly stick from the ikky krem van, they are as follows, The Village starts to dance The men beat on their drums The dominatrix sleeps tonight That night a wild party Women beat their men Animals watch beyond the fire The dominatrix sleeps tonight. industrialgrey, Oct 2006 |
