| Tracklisting: A 2nd Victory B1 1st Victory B2 Deep Trip The first Soulful Distortion record that I bought and it has the special meaning as first records of favorite bands have. 2nd victory was a massive club anthem in the first years of Chemistry and in the time of the Roxy. It was also one of the tracks that boosted my convidence in playing music, creating that extra drive into ecstacy. Deep trip was the track I heard Tommy play at the Escape, a dark and long broken beat track, with bumpy rhythms, simple piano accords and a strong subbass. The atmosphere you could create with this record was new for me, a first step into the enigmatic universe of ambient and spatial music. |
